Hello, my name is Bonnie. I am a yogi, a mother, a woman in recovery, a lifelong seeker, and a traveler. My journey with yoga began at 20, but it was in my first Savasana that I truly felt its power—the profound stillness, the quieting of my restless mind, a sense of coming home to myself.
In 2014, I deepened my practice through teacher training with Coral Brown at Laughing Elephant Yoga, a transformative experience that solidified my passion for this path. I am fascinated by the way breath and movement unlock the stories held within our bodies, allowing us to release, heal, and grow—one breath, one movement, one day at a time.
My Practice
Yoga is a powerful practice that brings calm, clarity, and connection to the body and mind. It is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and find balance amidst life’s chaos. My mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone—whether you’re seeking a private session in the comfort of your home, a rejuvenating retreat in nature, or a fun and engaging camp experience for children.
As a dedicated instructor, I bring yoga to you—offering mobile classes, immersive retreats, and transformative camps designed for all ages and experience levels.
